If you can possibly find another school for a short-term Spanish class, you should investigate it rather than this one. OR you should take PRIVATE LESSONS at Frida School, which I found to be far superior to the confused and disorganized class sessions.
The only thing that went fairly well at this school during my two weeks of attendance was the pickup at the airport, by a cab driver that had spent many years in the U.S. and spoke English like an American. The school was not able to find a family for me to stay with (they gave up looking even before I arrived), so I ended up at the nearby Hotel Roosevelt.
The physical facilities at Frida School are practically nonexistent. There is no common area for students to gather, and there was no welcoming feeling for the new students. The social activities were nonexistent (so plan on being on your own to explore the city). Be sure to bring your own textbook from home so you can study outside of class; the teachers did not use the assigned textbook but rather scoffed at it.
The beginning-intermediate class was a shambles, the teacher being not much more than a "pal" to the most vociferous students in her class.
Again, if you HAVE to study in Mexico City, look elsewhere OR take the private lessons.
